Morning Session: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Evening Session: 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (repeat of session one)
Start or end your day with calming meditation, prayer, strengthening and stretching. No previous training needed, just bring yourself, a mat or beach towel, small towel for sweat, personal water bottle and wear yoga clothes or loose-fitting gym-type clothes for ease of movement. We will use distancing and masks when appropriate. This is a gentle workout appropriate for a wide range of ages and abilities. It does utilize the floor at times and standing is a part to making slow transitions. Modifications will be suggested for those who have limitations. Props of chairs, blocks and blankets will be available if needed or wanted to ease movements. If you have injuries or could possibly be at risk for injury use caution in your decision to participate. Provided are a picnic area for lunch or early supper if needed. Water and healthy snacks also will be available. Limit eight people per session — register as soon as possible. Cost: $20 for one session.
