The Journey Continues: Life after Elected Leadership
February 23-28, 2012
Facilitators Marcia Allen, CSJ and Bette Moslander, CSJ
Are you an elected leader in a community of religious women who is leaving office in 6 to 18 months? Or perhaps you left office within the past one or two years and are still in transition. In either case, you find yourself in a process of discernment about the next step in your life. Are you confused by too many options or perhaps nothing attracts you? Are you concerned that you may make too hasty a decision about your post-leadership years?
This mini-retreat is an opportunity to begin to integrate the demanding and sometimes stressful and hectic years of leadership, to discern prayerfully where you want to go and what you want to do next.
